Investing Bridge (investingbridge.eu) publishes educational market research: a daily order-flow dashboard, news-event scenario analysis, weekly deep-value equity screening, related commentary, and an AI research assistant (together, the "Service"). The Service presents data, methodology and hypothetical scenarios for educational purposes only.
All content is provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, portfolio management, or an inducement to buy or sell any financial instrument or crypto-asset. The provider does not take into account the investment objectives, financial situation or individual needs of any user, and no content is ever tailored to a specific subscriber.
We are not an investment firm, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, signal service or financial advisor, and we are not licensed or supervised by any financial regulator. No content on this site — including setups, zones, scenarios, valuations, watchlists, "buy ladders", the performance journal or answers from the AI assistant — constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All figures are research output, not instructions.
Paid access is provided as a monthly subscription processed by Stripe. Two plans are offered (Order Flow Board; All Access). Founding-member pricing remains locked while your subscription stays active and in good standing. Your access key is personal; sharing it, reselling access, scraping, or republishing member content is prohibited and may result in termination without refund. We may suspend keys showing concurrent multi-user activity.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial at no charge; otherwise the plan price is billed automatically when the trial ends.
We aim to publish on the stated schedule but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publication times, data accuracy, or the continued availability of any particular feature, data source or board. We may modify, add or retire features. Material adverse changes to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.
All site content, methodology descriptions, dashboards and generated research are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Personal, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, overload or reverse-engineer it, or use automated tools to extract content. The AI assistant must not be used to attempt to obtain non-public execution data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Heraklion, Greece. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, stocks, commodities and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. The substantial majority of retail accounts lose money trading leveraged products.
Our research journals a live systematic process, including hypothetical and real outcomes. Past performance — including our published journal — is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations: they are produced with hindsight-free data feeds but do not reflect the impact of slippage, liquidity, spreads at your broker, or your own execution and psychology. Valuation models on the Value Stocks board are estimates built on assumptions that may be wrong; "fair value", "discount" and "buy ladder" figures are research alert levels, never price predictions or instructions.

(a) Subscription data: when you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and shares with us your email address and subscription identifier. We never see or store your card details — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (see stripe.com/privacy). (b) Access data: an access-key cookie ("ibk") keeps you signed in; a counter cookie ("iban") tracks free AI-question usage; standard server logs record IP addresses for security and rate-limiting, retained up to 12 months. (c) AI assistant: messages you type into Pro Trader AI are processed via the Anthropic API to generate a reply and are subject to Anthropic's data-handling terms; do not include personal or sensitive data in chat messages. (d) Email: we use your email to deliver your access link and essential service notices.
We do not sell personal data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers on the boards, and we do not send marketing email without consent.
Processing is based on contract performance (delivering your subscription), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records, retained as required by Greek law). Subscription records are kept for as long as your account exists plus statutory retention periods.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@investingbridge.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.
Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing). Data may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Cancel anytime — your subscription simply stops renewing and access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal link (in your welcome email) or by writing to info@investingbridge.eu from your subscription email.
Free trial: the 7-day trial exists precisely so you can evaluate the full Service before paying. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Digital content waiver (Art. 3ιβ of Greek Law 2251/1994 / Directive 2011/83/EU): by ticking the acceptance box at checkout you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and expressly acknowledge that, once performance has begun with your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal. You receive confirmation of this consent with your subscription confirmation email. In practice: if something went wrong — double charge, technical failure preventing access, or you cancelled but were still billed — write to us and we will make it right, including refunds where due. We do not refund based on trading outcomes.
